Get The Feel Of The French Coast With Plume Paris

Get The Feel Of The French Coast With Plume Paris

Inspiration and creativity has always been the cornerstone of success for Plume Paris. We take inspiration from many forms. Like one of the most popular and highly sought after frames: the Taden from the Plume Paris eyewear collection. Does Taden sound familiar? It is a French city, known for its decor, architecture, and artistic inspiration. Stainless steel, with a classy brow-bar accent. Our clients have a choice in color combination of green/brown, blue/grey, and red/black. With its innovative thin frame, and impact design at the top of the eyeglasses, that is where the contrast of color reigns! It is no wonder why so many have fallen in love with the Taden. ESE Expands Thierry Mugler For Fall

ESE Expands Thierry Mugler For Fall

Eastern States Eyewear has announced the release of five new styles in Thierry Mugler Eyewear. Known for its striking, progressive designs the France based Thierry Mugler puts a heavy emphasis on bright, striking colorations in this release with a wide variety of acetates and metal accents.  Exotic contrasts such as Bordeaux-Fuchsia and Wine-Purple-Carmel stand next to such retro combinations as Black-Ivory and Brown-Rust to provide a bigger width and breadth of color variety than any release to date.  Finishes include marble, tortoises, and snakeskin.  A great example of this feature is model 9338, which features a snakeskin finish to its plastic temples – all three colors are bright, rich, and entirely noticeable.  Also not to be missed are Mugler’s signature metal accents which always perfectly enhance the design and value of each model. “Thierry Mugler does an excellent job of satisfying our customers seeking high fashion, progressive, “French Boutique” themed styling,” explained Paul Shyer, ESE President.  “In addition, the high amount of celebrity endorsements the brand has seen in recent years such as Lady Gaga, Beyonce, and Eva Mendes – we find more and...

(eye)’m inspired: Lyon by Plume Paris

(eye)’m inspired: Lyon by Plume Paris

Lyon by Plume Paris Eyewear A Best Image Optical eyewear designer had this to say about designing the frame: Concept “A group of us (eyewear designers) traveled to France for inspiration on our next set of frames to debut as part of the fall 2012 collection. We researched three cities where we wanted to draw our focus from, one being the beautiful city of Lyon, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Honestly speaking, inspiration did not come as fast as I thought it would and believe it or not, it wasn’t because of lack of ideas, it was completely the opposite – too many ideas to sort through so I couldn’t really pinpoint what to define our next design on. One thing was for sure, we wanted to introduce a frame that had a unique design that differentiated it from the rest of our frames in our collection. We had challenged ourselves with the idea that the new Plume Paris Fall Collection was going to be the best frames we have ever come out with.” Colors “The city of Lyon is filled with renaissance-era masterpieces. From beautiful wall murals to century old buildings decorated with gargoyles and angels there is so much to see in Lyon. The dominant color theme runs in the tangerine...

Plume Paris’s Tour Of France

Plume Paris’s Tour Of France

For Fall 2012, the eyewear fashion market will tour France with inspired frame designs from Plume Paris Eyewear. France, a beautiful country known for its fashion, wine, architecture, and culture became the muse for the latest frame designs for the Plume Paris brand.  After visiting some of the most beautiful cities in France to inspire the latest collection, Plume Paris Eyewear designers picked their top three cities to draw inspiration from: Nice, Lyon, and Paris. Kada, a stainless steel frame, inspired by the city of Nice is one of the most romantic places in France. Earth color tones were used on the Kada frame, colors that can be found through the French Riviera with hints of bright color throughout many flower markets in the city. Moreover, a soft rubber-like finish was given to enhance the look and feel of this modern designed frame. Lyon inspired by the city with the same name is a uniquely designed frame taking form with sharp angles just like those found in various architectural landmarks throughout the city. Lyon takes on versatility by using two-tone color combinations to better highlight its unique frame shape. Seine is a two tone stainless steel frame inspired by the...
