Technology and design is the philosophy of the ÖGA brand. Kusk, the latest release from ÖGA is the result of one and a half years of research. The new Kusk flex system combines TR90 and stainless steel, creating a clipped on hinge which is esthetically pleasing, lightweight, and durable. The clipped on hinge is assembled like a piece of Lego around the spring blade and then clipped into the temple. The hinge weighs just 0.60g and adds a pop of color to the neutral color palette of the frames. The TR90 hinge allows frame adjustment without causing deformation of the front or temples. Kusk has undergone 60,000 test cycles, with the hinge developing no friction damage. The frame is available in three metal fronts and three semi-rimless browbar versions.
